Hi, I’m Jen Appling.I’m at my best where strategy, creativity, and customer connection meet — helping businesses see what’s possible and turn ideas into action.I bring 15+ years of marketing experience across consumer brands and wineries, with a focus on loyalty, retention, customer connection, and guest experience — including leading loyalty strategy and program execution for a $1B+ subscription business.Trellis Strategy grew out of my love of wine, strategic marketing, and supporting others — helping businesses create more clarity, direction, and momentum for growth.Based in Healdsburg, CA, I work closely with wineries and local brands. I’m also the creator of @theburg411, where I share what’s happening locally and highlight the people, places, and businesses that make this community special.
